Does Medicare Safety net apply for invoices in 2007 claimed in 2008 ? |
Hi, got some bills for 2007 during which we have reached safety net threshold, but Medicare is shut today ! If I claim them in Jan, as they are dated November 2007, does my safety net still apply, or will I only get the standard benefit ? you should still get the standard benefit. |
