Does medicaid usually cover invisalign? |
I was wondering if medicaid covers invisalign. I know they are more expensive than regular braces but i'd like to know if they can be covered by medicaid. Why stop at invisalign. Maybe they will pay for veneers at $1000 a tooth. Get real. Medicaid does not cover any type of cosmetic dentistry. Not usually you'd have to check with your insurance. It usually covers the silver braces. Nope, because invisalign is considered cosmetic. Unless your dentist can give a reason why those are necessary over regular braces then you are stuck with the regular braces, assuming medicaid will cover those. |
