How can i get a gold medicaid card?

i receive medicaid already. i just need my gold card from medicaid

This is obviously a joke. I realize that to some, the medicaid card is more valuable then a gold American Express since you don't have to pay back anything charged to medicaid.

I didnt know they had gold cards. Contact your case worker.
