Measles question!? |
I got the Measles a while back but my joints are still badly swollen. How long does it take for this to go away? Ever seen that movie Shrek? My hands look like his hands. Actually swelling of the joints IS normal when you get the Measles: You really need to go see a medical professional asap since it could be a secondary infection or a complication from the measles. The Mayoclinic website would probably be a good place to get some ideas of what you may have, but it is not to be substituted for an actual physician. The first website lists potential complications from measles and the other website below is where you can plug in your signs and symptoms. Good luck. You need to see a doc to find out what is going on. This is not from having had the measles. Call your doc know and get checked out. |
