Side effects of eating certain food for measles?

I heard from some traditional practice that a person who have measles should not eat chicken, prawn, crab and beans (all variety included). According to what I heard, eating these food during measles might lead to some serious sickness later in life. I'd like to get verification on whether this is total crap or does it have any scientific evidence. Please do not simply answer. I hope doctors and health practitioners will answer me. And if it is possible, please quote me your source. Thank you.

I can assure you that is total crap and has no scientific evidence.
