Can you get measles if you already had measles?

My boyfriend had measles 2 weeks ago but it disappeared already. Then today he has rashes again. Is it measles all over again? I know once you have it you have permanent immunity against it...what can those rashes be? He has no known allergies to food or medications.

Before he had coryza (runny nose, fever and conjunctivitis) but now he didn't have any but there are rashes

There is something that looks very similar to measles that my kids had when they were young. I believe it's called roseola(sp?). It's contagious. Check that out. But I've also heard of people getting something like chicken pox or measles as adults when they had a a very mild case in childhood.
