Exercise chart after mastectomy with reconstruction?

am trying to find the exercise chart that was given to me by the physio after my BC ops. thanks

Ring your Occupational Therapists tomorrow and they will send you some more. I can't find any on line and I have a huge amount of contacts as I had Breast Cancer in 2001. Hope you make a swift recovery.

I can't find anything online. Call your doctor's office and ask them to mail you another copy.
