Have you seen a women's health physical therapist?

A Women's Health PT specializes in issues specific to women, such as pelvic floor dysfunction, lymphedema, pregnancy issues, and cancer issues. Scar tissue mobility, light stretching, and range of motion exercises, along with modalities for pain and strengthening exercises specific to your needs can be prescribed by such a PT.

If you are not sure where to find a Women's Health PT, please check the American Physical Therapy Association website at www.APTA.org.

Best of luck with your recovery.
