Pain after lymh node removal and mastectomy, anyone had this happen?

had surgery almost a year ago,had pain ,muscle tightning etc,felt better for months now pain has returned?

Is is possible the pain is related to nerves that were cut during the surgery continuing to grow back. Cut nerves can cause bouts of pain as they regrow. These pain bouts seem to come and go, at least in me. Last and most important, when was your latest CT or PET scan done? If the pain has returned since your last round of testing then it is time to see your oncologist for an evaluation just to make sure everything is ok. good luck
