What is important to you in choosing a post mastectomy breast form? The weight, look, feel, brand, etc?

Would like answers preferably from women who need to wear these items or family members.

I am a breast cancer survivor. The breast prosthesis I chose was made of silicone because it was the most realistic, didn't slide around in my bra and the weight was good. I realized that the other types didn't have the right weight and my spine always hurt to compensate the weight distribution. That was in 1990, and in 1996 I underwent breast reconstruction. A painful process, but worth the procedure. Still cancer free.
