Is there a sexual assessment tool for use in mastectomy patients?

Think you are in the wrong area of the body dear, and I'm a man....could you mean hysterectomy, and even then don't know what a sexual assessment tool is, or why you should need one.

for what exactly? Having a mastectomy does not seal up a womans genitals ??

The vagina is not affected by the breast. Why do you need an assessment tool?
