Marijuana caused this girl to have seizure lol?

My freind recently stopped smoking marijuana becuase her doctor told her it caused her to have a seizure.Im i very strong marijuana activist and study the causes and effects of the use of this "drug" i beleive very stongly in medicinal marijuana use and ive NEVER! heard that marijuana causes a seizure. If im wrong please someone cyber slap me.

The fact is that due to the illegality of marijuana, there can be crap on or in the bud. So it is possible. Althought the seizure wouldn't be caused by the marijuana itself but by the crap that was sprayed on it or the crap in the crappy soil it was grown in, you could still say that it was the result of smoking marijuana.

I don't think it is the only reason causing the seizure, it could be contributing to it.

Marijuana is very dangerous for the brain and can give you a one way ticket to schizophrenia.

I have nothing against the use of marijuana, it is a very helpful pain relieve for people who suffer from MS.

I don't know why anyone having a seizure should be followed by 'lol'. I find your attitude quite odd, that's possibly caused by a lack of judgement on your part due to what you are smoking. I think possibly people who rely on drug use find it difficult to cope with the real world.
People are a danger on the roads, they mug and stab other people because of drugs. When you say medicinal, do you mean like alcoholics have medicinal whisky?

Sure is was marijuana? New drug out, looks like marijuana, smoked and the same way. It's called saliva, it causes hallucinations, and can last 30 seconds to a hour... many people have reported seizure like behavior.

As a person majoring in chemical dependency and addiction counseling I never heard of a side effect to marijuana like a seizure.

It's possible could of contribute to a illness she has.

"lol".....I don't think so. You don't seem to realize how serious a seizure can be. If you had epilepsy, then you would realize how it can affect your life, health and well-being. A seizure is NO laughing matter.
