Does eating marijuana have the same health benefits of eating hemp?

When one ingests marijuana (i.e. brownies, soup, butter) does the marijuana have and similar omega oils or any other health benefits that hemp does.

If so, do the health benefits contribute to the nausea relif that medcinal marijuana.--and of course all of my question is refering to medcinal marijuana because community guidelines does not allow questions to violate local laws. SO PLEASE DONT FLAG IT!
