Is patellofemoral syndrome associated with marfan's syndrome? |
ok, that makes sense. Patellofemoral syndrome is most commonly caused by improper patellar tracking related either to muscle weakness in the quad, or by unusual bony or ligamentous architecture at the knee. Because Marfan's syndrome affects one's ligaments, it seems that patellofemoral syndrome could develop. |
