Bi-Polar and Depression (manic depressive syndrome)?

I have been diagnosed with Sevear Chronic Major Depression
Bi-polar (1 or 2?) Asburgers Syndrome & Hi-Functioning Autism
What are the sites for support for these mental illnesses?
Also, where (if anywhare) can I get free online counseling?
Please and Thank-you
P.S. physically I'm fine (execpt all the fat)

Im so sorry to hear of your problems...truthfully, one thing you should consider for you mental health, is losing weight. You will be happier. Watch the mood swings with your bipolar...they can be rough. I'm not any of the above, but my last relationship was with someone who is bipolar, so I've seen it all. I do know that I have not found any online counseling sites that are free and good. If you don't have a support system and need someone to talk to, I will be glad to help you.

Sorry to say that on line cann give a place to focus but cant provide therapy. Realize, many normal looking people have these or similar problems

try webmd.com they have some groups but a doc is still the best

and continure from there.

I don't know your answer but I'm happy you're feeling alright. I hope you get someone to talk to and get even better :)
