Do you have stomach problems and need to use the bathroom frequently compared to other people you know?


I have a need to go #2 frequently....and i can have loud noisy stools and i usually try to take care of it before i go anywhere. I get embarrassed if I gotta go at school....or in public...I hate the public bathrooms without the doors to enter the bathroom so it's like people can hear you from outside....so I usually just try to hold it in those cases....I think it also affects me socially a bit...like i dont talk about it or mention it much. I also try to work around it by like eating over an hour before i leave anywhere, because I usually have to go. some foods make it worse, like pasta and other things, but i like pasta. Other times I just dont care...and well...I prefer my privacy that's all, and I sorta hate it when a bathroom doesnt have a fan in there or somethin. Just in public when being social I feel embarrassed about it. it's no big deal tho. could be ibs. I usually manage to take care of it before going off somewhere...so I dont have to go in public much

yeah like eating out then going to a club to dance or something...not what i'd like sometimes if i have to go....but whatever....things are to be dealt with, so i could just leave...it's no big deal. we need to be reasonable here haha

i have the same problem as u..i go within 20 minutes of eating and its annoying im finally goin back 2 the doctors its scary im afraid to eat out or anything.. i mean idk where u get ur pain but wherever it is its crazy... affects me too bc i go soo much that i get tired and sleep and i never really get to hang out with my friends anymore.. im in my 20's.. it could be anything ibs is a start or stress.. so ive heard.. anyway go to the doctor and he will recommend a gastrologist not scary doctors well mine wasnt j/k anyway do that bc it could b something more serious such as a digestive problem etc.. good luck and feel better keep it touch!!

To overcome this problem of stool, use lot of vegetables especilly the fiberous fruits and vegetables. That will keep your metabolic system free and the intestine will dipose the stool faster and easy without making any sound and fix frequency in the morning . That is the time you are in your house and need not have to use public toilet .Your digestive systems need an improvement

Its called Irritable bowel syndrome. Look up ways to combat it.

You may have Irritable Bowel Syndrome, but it sounds like you have celiac disease, which is an intolerance to glutens, including wheat products (you mentioned that pasta makes it worse - a big sign). I have celiac, and had your problems for YEARS until it was discovered 6 years ago. If untreated, it can cause a lot of other problems and auto-immune problems. Get tested for it, or for other food allergies.
