Weight Problem?!? |
ever since i can rememebr ive always got comments about me. guys at school always call me fat or ugly. its really upsetting n no matter hwo hard i try i always get depressed from this. since last july ive tried to stop eating but stil maintained a healthy body (if you get me). i lost quite abit of wieght in my opinion. i was about 8 and a half stone verging 9 n i am not standing at 7 and a half verging 8 although i want to get smaller. over summer ive managed to put on a bit of weight, school keeos my mind of eating. i have tried regular excersice, healthy diet etc etc and it just isnt working! does anyoen know of any good weight loss tablets i could buy or anyways to help with the not eating process? my sister even makes snide remarks about me. ive tlked ot my mum she doesnt really care! my friends r amazing about it but i just want to become really realy skinny!!!! i think ive been brain washed intot hinking anorexia or an eating disorder is the only way?! can someone plz help me. It doesn't sound like you are over weight at all and you probably shouldn't be losing more weight. Go and see a doctor before it becomes a serious problem. Try you mum again, or a teacher you trust at school if you don't want to go to the doctors. |
