I smoke 25 cigarettes a day and i am obese help!!?

Ok ive had a weight issue all my life im a classic yoyo dieter and once suffered with a binge eating disorder. Ive lost up to 4 stone and put it all back on again and then some, numerous times. Can anyone tell me if they've quit heavy smoking and still managed to lose weight through diet and exercise? Ive only been smoking for 2 years i started when i was suffering from severe depression, i basically didn't care if i lived or died at that point. i've got over the depression without pills but now i'm obviously smoking more. I'm 5ft 6ins and weigh 256lbs yes thats big and i know all there is to know from a lifetime of dieting at the age of 26. Any other suggestions guys especially about the smoking??

OK... for starters, STOP SMOKING. If you lose all that weight,but have a heartattack and die, you can't enjoy a beautiful body, can you? If you stop smoking, you will be healthier and you feel healthier and then you will lose weight. Also, if you really want to lose weight, talk to your doctor. They can help you more than I can. But, seriously, stop smoking. I think that should be the first and most important step. Coffins don't care about your weight.

I think I would be more concerned with your weight issue. You are a young person and still have a long lifetime in front of you. Please check with a doctor or nutritionist to give you the right tools for your eatting. Best of luck, you can do it.

about the smoking, i dont know what to tell you, perhaps, hypnotherapy? for to loose weight, im taking some produts of herbalife and i have lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks, so it might work for you as well.
