Blood in stool hellppppp?

Ok so yesterday I had this massively bad pain in my lower right stomach, about where the appendix is ( I HAVE had mine out) I decided to do a poo. It was so painful that I had to stop. I honestly thought I was going to pass out from the pain. I eventually managed to do it and when I wiped there was pinky red blood on the toilet paper. This has NEVER happened to me before. Anyway about ten mintutes later I had the urge to do another poo. This time there was bright red blood and mucas around it. GROSS!!!!!! There was a lot off poo as well. The pain is still down in the right abdomen area. It is not as painful as yesterday but it is definately there. Some symptoms
* I also have pain on leftside but slightly higher up
* Get suddenly tired
* Loss of appetite
* Lost three kilos in two weeks from no exercise so I dont know how this happened.

Thats about it.What do these symptoms present and do I need urgent medical care??

A good friend of mine recently passed out on his motorcycle because of a bleeding ulcer. Bloody stools is always a medical emergency.

Go to the doctor NOW. My boyfriend had these symptoms, and he was rushed to the ER just in time because that boy REFUSES to see doctors. His doctor told him that had he waited another day, he'd be dead. He lost a TON of blood, and it all sounds a lot like you. He was bleeding internally, and had to have transfusions. GO TO THE HOSPITAL NOW.

I think a doctor might be the best place to ask but I hope you get some good help on here and not some fag that takes it up his pooper.

Blood in your bowel movements is never a good thing. Most hospitals have and "Ask Fist Nurse". All you need to do is call your local Hospital right now and ask someone if they think that you need to be seen. This way you don't have to pay for an E.R. visit if you don't have to. The other symptoms that you have make me think that you have something other than just an anal tear. Good Luck!

hunea, ulcer, blcoked intestinal tract or you could have a food poisoning... something simmilar happend to me when i ate some bad food.. lasted like 3 days

You need to see a doctor. ASAP. It could be anything from irritable bowel syndrome with a hemorrhoid to colon cancer. Do you have any relatives that have had cancer? But don't be scared it may be something very simple and not serious. But you need to let a competent doctor diagnose you.

It could be a variety of medical maladies or illnesses, but the best advice anyone can give you on Yahoo! Answers is to go and see a doctor.

Sure, you can read what everyone writes and panic: "Oh no, I have bowel cancer/ ulcers/ etc".

Better to see your GP and let him or her give you a proper diagnosis. Most importantly, hurry up-- internal bleeding may only be the smallest symptom of a much more devastating problem.

Go see your doctor or the hospital. There are too many serious diseases that have this as a side effect. Just to list a measly few: acute kidney failure, colitis, divertculitis, gastritits, gastrointestinal bleeding, hemorrhoids....etc.

Go get some tests done.
