Breast tumor mass with blood flow to it?

Is a tumor in breast with 3 veins and blood flow to it more suspicious for malignancy than a tumor without blood flow (statistically speaking)? Also is the size 13mm large?

Blood flow in/out of a mass does not necessarily mean that a mass is malignant. Paradoxically, because of new blood vessel growth on the surface of a tumor, sometimes you see decreased blood flow!

13mm is approximately 1/2 inches... In the grand scheme of things, no it's not that large. However, for a breast cancer, it might lead your oncologist into recommending chemotherapy after the mass has been resected.
