it seems to me that you have some mild depression instead of the menopause

it could be caused by the medicine, you can tell your doctor about it, some drugs have side effects which you may have right now

you are probably over weight that is why you have high blood pressure

so it is better to start to exercise frequently, that should increase your energy, and your brain will produce chemicals that will make you feel happy instead of depressed
