Why when a man reaches a certain age he is quick to anger & no patients?

He just turned 48 he is 10 years older & he can be happy one sec then angry the next.I have heard male menopause is there a vitamin or something I can give to him or Im going to have to part.It has come to a point that Im scared to have a conversation or Ill get yelled @.

You mean patience right? Personally I would recommend omega 3 fatty acid supplements, they can help control mood swings and "upgrade" your brain cells to prevent them from dying off. By the way I think beer_man's gotta point here.

he could have a health issue and should see and talk to a Dr. about it

There is no such thing as "male menopause". While It could be a problem like low testosterone. What your describing sounds more like depression. Most people have mild depression in their late forties and early fifties. This can make them sad, irritable, angry, lethargic and even give them mood swings. If this continues or worsens you may want to think about getting him therapy to help.

well let's see ....i just bet the ole sex life aint what it use to be on your end,, due to reasons only you and he knows ....that could be an issue.. Also
the fact that he may not think he can satisfy is "younger" mate could be a issue as well

just the fact he is almost over the hill probably is dragging him down a little . just show him a little kindness.. and allow him his space ....he will be fine !!!

At that age there could be plenty of reasons, more stress, responsibility, feeling old or not being able to do things that he could've done easily before, this leads him to being extremely stressed out. You would know if he's stressed if he's getting a headache more often or his neck hurts. the best thing to do is rub his head by just running your fingers throught his hair and rub his neck. Also Ibuprofen helps and gets him extremely relaxed without the drowsiness or stress.

Because he has been putting up with women's sh!t for 48 years.
