Are malaria shots free? |
I'm stuck on my homework and please need to know whether malaria shots are free in undeveloped countries. Please tell me ASAP or I feel I might die from homework poisoning! There is no vaccine for Malaria- treament is by a range of drugs according to country. Common types are doxycycline, Paludrine and Chloroquinine. Tradtional treaments were quinine obtainable from tree bark. As far as I know, a vaccine against malaria is still under development. no, they cost thousands of dollars per vaccine. its very expensive. |
