How to win a Malaria debate or Neg on Water?

We ran Malaria case and lost it and i need some tips on how to win Malaria debate and Neg on Water. Neg on Women's Health would help too

malaria debate to be won regarding water,as known the mosquito anophelus who is the vector for the parasite plasmodium (vivax,ovale ,malaria ,falcipurm) needs stationery water to breed in and continue its life cycle ,so when water pools and non running water exists its a media for breeding and mulitplication for the mosquito ,one of the essential factors in controlling malaria is prevention ,,

I'm not sure this question belongs here. It's about debate strageties and not diseases. I'd also need to know what your are debating and if you are arguing Pro or Con that point.
