Im taking Magnesium Supplements, what should i eat with it? |
I get really bad migraines, and im on birth control pills. So the pharmacist told me that birth control pills lower your magnesium, and that having a magnesium deficiency causes migraines. So therefore im taking 500 mg of magnesium a day. Magnesium is known to cause diarrhea. Is there anything i can do to prevent diarrhea? Perhaps it might help if you take 100 mg of magnesium 5 times a day. This might perhaps be much better than taking 500 mg in one single dose. First Get off the pill!!! Do you know the risk it puts you in? And you're worried about a little diarrhea? Blood clots in the lungs and heart, heart attack, brest lumps, deteriorating vision, low sex drive and a whole host of other things!! Let your body do what it's supposed to do naturally, just use condoms!!! For the runs, take a little pepto, this will clear it right up!!! Good Luck!!! |
