Magnesium? |
I eat more than 6 servings of whole grains daily, 5 servings of vegetbales daily, and 4 servings of fruit daily. As well as 3 servings of dairy and 3 servings of meat. I also take a magnesium supplement 250 mg. Could this be bad for me if i am already getting the magnesium i need. Or, am i not getting the magnesium i need and taking the supplement is fine. help. If you already know your taking in sufficient amounts of magnesium in your diet why on Earth would you want to take a supplemement? The question is why are you taking a magnesium supplement at all? Do you have a specific medical condition you are trying to treat or did you just read somewhere that Magnesium is good for you? You would be far better off just taking a daily multi-vitamin and a well rounded diet than taking a specific magnesium supplement. |
