Is 1800 mg of magnesium too much?


I take 1800 mg of magnesium a day to make my digestive system work. It seems to be the ONLY thing that works for me...but is that too much magnesium? I know something like magnesium poisoning exists...

Yes this is definately way too much! You'll develop a condition called hyper magnesia, symptoms include: respiratory distress, bradycardia(slow heart beat) flushing, sweating, nausea, vomiting
