B2 and Magnesium Oxide?

My doctor told me to take 400 mg of B2 and 250 mg of Magnesium Oxide for my headaches. I have been taking B2 for about a week and statred magnesium friday. How long before my headaches go away?

That would be a good question to ask your doctor. It's going to depend a lot on how much of those nutrients you've been lacking and for how long. If it was a little deficiency, it could take a day or two... but if it's a huge deficiency, it could take months. If you ask your doctor, they should know how deficient you've been and give you at least somewhat of an estimate. Good luck!
