im 21 m ive been having these constant palpitations in the past few months ive had several ekgs chest xrays,echocardiogram,24 hour halter monitor and heart stress test everything comes back normal..im thinking now maybe its just some in balance not getting enough of something im not having anything with caffeine anymore ive been very strict with that can someone recommend dosage and the type of supplements to get for potassium and magnesium how much i should take each day..potassium is standard but magnesium theres so many different kinds out there so please let me know how much of each to take each day and which kind to get

you need to speak with your doctor

This a question your doctor should answer. Messing around with supplements to cure heart palpitations is risky.
