Magnesium citrate? |
Has anyone ever tried magnesium citrate? If so, how much weight have you lost after having taken it? This is a dangerous way to lose weight...its a laxative and several things can happen- dehydration, low potassium level that can affect your heart, and becoming laxative dependent. I've taken it but not for weight loss. This sounds potentially dangerous. Be careful. I can share some actual fast diets that work if you wish. But even fast diets should be used for a limited time due to health issues. Feel free to contact me though. Let me know how much you need to loose so we can discuss reasonable expectations. It is DISGUSTING and made me want to barf every second. It's not for weight loss, it's just for cleaning out your system. I'm taking it to clean out my system and tastes awful. Does anyone have any ideas how to get it down? I got the cherry flavor and have only managed to get 1/2 the bottle down (I'm supposed to drink it all) because I keep gagging as I try to swallow. |
