Magnesium OK - pmt relief. does anyone know more about this product and any known side affects? |
I suffer from depression and insomnia about a week and a half before my period is due and have been advised by a friend that 'magnesium OK' will help. Does anyone know anything about this or any other products that might help? thanks. i'd advise st. john's wort, and also the natural depression and stress busting methods including herbal teas, yoga and exercise I have bipolar and Magnesium OK made me very very poorly mentally - not sure why, it may have had a reaction with my medication but of course everyone is different! I haven't found taking magnesium supplements to help that much. A deficiency in magnesium can affect you in many ways, so this product may help.
