Magnesium OK - pmt relief. does anyone know more about this product and any known side affects?

I suffer from depression and insomnia about a week and a half before my period is due and have been advised by a friend that 'magnesium OK' will help. Does anyone know anything about this or any other products that might help? thanks.

i'd advise st. john's wort, and also the natural depression and stress busting methods including herbal teas, yoga and exercise

magnesium ok hasn't had much positive feedback in general as a treatment, and is a wildcard for doctors, as it sometimes helps with few side effects as compared to prozac or st. johns wort.

I have bipolar and Magnesium OK made me very very poorly mentally - not sure why, it may have had a reaction with my medication but of course everyone is different!

I haven't found taking magnesium supplements to help that much.

I take 50mg of 5htp each night and 50mg each morning as soon as the pmt starts. 5htp helps the depression and insomnia too.

High doses of Calcium with vitamin D have been found to help too.

I've also cut caffeine out completely.

A deficiency in magnesium can affect you in many ways, so this product may help. I wrote a general article about magnesium that may help with some info. check it out at:
