Taking Magnesium Glycinate?

Can taking magnesium glycinate help with bodybuilding? like how David Boston takes, it, in pill form in IV drip?

things like that are not really good for ur body.........coz a lot of people taking pills had either felt side effects or it didn't work for them....i will give you a proof...one of my friends bought a thing like that kind that is artificial too just like you, and he bought the expensive one so that to be sure that it really works, then after a few months i see him still fat and just lose very few pound..i ask him if he still uses the thing and he said yes but i don;t see any difference from his body for months...............so i really suggest that you go for a healthy diet coz NATURAL IS ALWAYS BETTER THAN ARTIFICIAL......let me share you my story....last year i was fat too, then i decided to exercise 1-3 hrs a day and follow the natural way about eating techniques to lose weight....and you know what for 1 year i lose weight a lot...now i became active and fit........so if you want a natural and healthy diet go to this website.....

--they will show you techniques to lose weight easy

also i suggest that you should also eat a lot of dietary fibers such as Whole grain bread, Oatmeal- cooked, 100% All Bran, Corn Flakes.....fruits that's high in fiber. Blackberries, Pear...to help u lose weight faster..... and also exercise more often for like 1-3 hrs a day, be sure to sweat because according to studies any activities that makes you sweat will help you lose weight..................and remember that when you are trying to lose weight you should burn more calories than you take in coz if like you exercise a lot but still eat more or take in more calories it would still be useless..................
so remember this

BURN MORE CALORIES THAN YOU TAKE IN

Im trying to gain weight asshole Report It

Magnesium glycinate is the readily absorbable form of magnesium, it helps muscles to relax. The general population does not get enough magnesium in their diets.

At first i was puzzled by your question. But then it dawned on me. If you are using it for body building it would help relax the muscles so you can do more reps without getting so sore from lactic acid build up after your routines.

I don't like the idea of an IV drip, too many chances of an infection. Pills should be alright. Just don't overdo it. Too much of that stuff can be hard on the kidneys. My son was into bodybuilding too.
