What kinds of food do you get magnesium from? |
i need more magnesium in my diet.for leg cramping.what food or food group would i get more magnesium? Green vegetables like spinach, some whole grains and nuts & seeds. Following are some foods and the amount of magnesium in them: Banananas nuts The first answer. i think nuts and dried fruit but i'm not for sure.
