IS IT TRUE THAT you NEED MAGNESIUM WITH MILK SO IT CAN GROW YOUR BONES?


My personal fitness teacher told me you need magnesium with calcium so it can hit your bones and you can grow taller. Also you need vitamin d with calcium i know that but i found it hard to believe for the magnesium part.

by the way can you tell me some foods that have allot of vitamin d

Yes you need magnesium and plenty of it. and also vitamin D


but also Zinc, Silicon, boron are needed. Trace minerals matter.

vitamin D capsules are cheap and better to take than food sources. reliable and easy to take and use.
