Need 2 Take MAGNESIUM CITRATE?

Please someone help need to take magnesium citrate, its very nasty tasting, I know to drink it fast and very cold. Is there another way to drink this stuff without it making me gag. And feel like I want to up -chuck.

I have had to take mag-citrate in the past, and it tastes soooo disgusting. I used the lemon-lime flavor because I hate any type of cherry flavor.

To make the mag-citrate taste better, I mixed it with water and a packet of lemonade mix (the small single-serve packets of crystal-light lemonade that you are supposed to pour into a single bottle of water).

That made it taste a lot better. It didn't taste great, and I would not want to drink it on a regular basis, but it tasted good enough to drink without feeling like I would gag.

Just make sure that whatever you mix it with to drink it, you still have to drink a full glass of plain water right after you drink the mag-citrate. Your body needs the water to make the mag-citrate work, so make sure you are drinking that full glass of water after the mag-citrate even if you mix the mag-citrate with water.
