Has anyone had success taking magnesium supplement??


I was given some magnesium to take for bloating and constipation, sore breasts and a few other symptoms,has anyone used it with success?

Yes, but I am taking it for restless legs and chronic knee pain. It does help. My husband takes it--it helps his diabetes meds work better--it helped drop his blood sugar by 20 points!!!!
