A medicine manfacturer called CARE which makes magnesium trisilicate?

i cant get magnesium trisilicate for gastric problems i have,it is the ONLY medicine that works on unpleasant problems
caused by 3 operations 20/30 years ago.i have tried every other propriotory medicine and nothing works.
