My doctor informed me that it it not possible to overdose on magnesium, but that most people she treats are deficient, just in case you are considering using supplements. You need a minimum of 270-320 mg each day.

Epsom salts are the best. This product is very cheap. Dissolve one-half teaspoon in some warm water by stirring. The taste is bitter, so add orange juice or lemon juice. Drink some every day.

I take 2 tbls. of heinz apple cider vinegar in a glass of water 2-3 x day. Vinegar has 93 vitamins and minerals. Its all natural and very inexpensive. Hair and nails grow long and super strong. Its good for constipation, lowers blood pressure, cures acne and dandruff. Gets rid of depression. Levels blood sugar so you are always in a good mood. Keeps colds and flu away too.
