I think my brother has mad cow disease, is there a cure? please tell!?

No cure. And sometimes it doesn't show up for like 20 years after you've eaten the meat. You couldn't pay me enough to eat beef again!

Mad Cow Disease if I am not mistaken is also known as Hand, Foot and mouth disease. A family member of mine had this recently and it is a virus that will run its course in due time.

I honestly don't know. I don't mean to make fun if he does have it, but Denny Crane on Boston Legal claims he has it when he can't remember something. Is your brother doing this?

Mad Cow Disease is actually called Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy. There is some suspicion, though still not proven, that this condition can be passed on to humans. In humans, however, it's called new variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (vCJD).

If you really believe that your brother has this condition, my advice would be to get immediate help for him ... starting with your GP (doctor). He will very soon need specialist care. (The actual incubation period can be years, but you say that you think he already has it. In this case, deterioration is rather rapid.)

Sadly, there is no cure for vCJD.
