How safe is Beef Eating now? |
Cattle brains, skull, eyes, spinal column, small intestine and other parts suspected of harboring mad cow disease were banned from human consumption in December as a safety precaution, shortly after the discovery of the first case of mad cow disease in the United States. How many years did it take for the dangers of smoking to understood? someone invented an alternative to petrol, the companys bought his idea out to keep it secrte, lightbulb was invented that never burnt out, once again, same scernario, beef is unhealthy? lol dont be silly, {says those in power} put it this way, ive been veggy 20 years!! I'm not worried. So far is safe.Yes but those web sites need to update. I'm still alive. It's safe if you cook it all of the way.........I think. It is supposed to be safe if it is cooked properly. As long as you cook the meat well done, Then it shouldn't harm you. I've been eating beef all along and there's nothing wrong with me. Too much hype over nothing. One little cow here and there does not make beef bad. People all over the world are still eating beef. Anybody sick or die from it. I think not. Maybe just the odd cow. Personally, I would advise against trying to eat live ones in fields that is still fairly hazardous. But, if you want go beef eat it from the UK, Ireland, Scando Countries as there are generally the most honourable and follow all the EU guidelines for orgainic beef farming. I have a better chance at getting struck by lightning. Beef is the least of my worries now. Thanks to media exaggeration, there is mass hysteria regarding even the most insignificant cases. Iit's less dangerous than crossing the road. You cannot eradicate risk from your life, risk management is an oxymoron, eat or not that's your choice but you have to consider where it leads you. There's nothing in the world like a good steak!! Beef is safe to eat. Just have to trust the government that it's okay to eat. Haven't heard of any bad side effects. If its not Beef its Eggs, then Lettuce!! av been eating aberdeen angus for years now and it hasn't mooooo-made any difference to mooooo-me! it's just the bleeding heart animal nuts and veggans trying to get us to stop eating meat. the meat is safe. |
