Theres been a similar kind of cow disease for humans called Trisomy 21. It had to do with the number of chromosomes you have.

well, in terms of general chronic illness, there is a thing as "rage" so i would say it's highly likely.

back in the day, those who were diabetic ended up in the psychiatric ward....that is until they figured out that high levels of sugar could cause a person to "lose it".

I have also been wondering the same thing. I did some research and found that in 2003 a virus called "grisi siknis" broke out in a village in central or South America. The symptoms included long periods of comatose like state followed by periods of immense rage in which the sick became extremely violent.
