MDMA could cause more harm in the long run. I鈥檇 be careful. It works by yanking out all your seratonin at once, which feels great but leaves you鈥?well empty. The next day can be a serious downer.

You can boost your bodies natural seratonin with L-Tryptophan. It can make you sleepy though since some of the seratonin gets made into melatonin so don鈥檛 drive after you take it.

L-Tryptophan can be bought from a number of places online in the US and probably in NZ too. If not you can always get some from a veterinary supply. If you have to get it that way it comes in a powder form. Buy some empty capsules and fill em. (It tastes very bitter).
