How long do THC, MDMA and steroids stay in your system?

I have a drug test coming up in the next couple of months and i have done some stupid things over the last while. Help!!

THC largely depends on the quantity consumed and your bodyfat %. THC is stored in bodyfat. I have never understood why people smoke this sh**. It does NOTHING for you. It makes you lazy, slow and fat. I've only done 'cause I was a dumb aZZ kid. It just sucks and lasts too long in the body. This can be detected in hair samples up to 5 YEARS back. Yes, 5 years, depending on how heavy you smoked or ate it.

X, my favorite recreational drug, lasts less than a week in urine tests, but can be detected, depending on how much you used, through hair samples up to 5 YEARS back also.

Anabolic steroids last anywhere from a couple of days, (Test Prop), to up to 1 year, (Deca-Durabolin).
