Drugs same as drink?

if someone takes mdma/ectasy...are they gunna get the same "i love you/want to sleep with ou/etc etc" effect as people that drink? as in, if someone takes it and is affectionate to you, is it *completely * because if the drug? cos people i go out with on it seem A LOT more coherent than those that are drinking. i know with drink, ppl wake up in the morning and can be like "oh my god, what have i done?!" after kissing someone they never really liked or whatever- can same hapen with these drugs?

Drugs and alcohol can affect different people in different ways. Drugs can cause similar effects as alcohol in the "OMG" department! lol
