Swollen lymph nodes - No longer painful.? |
I recently had (And still kinda have.) a sinusitis. My doctor put me on Ceftin for 10 days to treat it, alongside what they think is a UTI. That is normal, pain goes away first in recovering nodes, that is a sign that they are manageing the infection. anytime your lymph nodes are swollen in means they are bascally working harder than normal. once everything is cleared out of your system they should steadily go down. if your tonsils remain spotted or enlarged then you would definatly want to have those looked at. once you are on an antibiotic for a few days all of these symtoms should start to go away. I just went to the Ear, Nose & Throat Doctor for something similar...I was worried about a swollen, tender lymph node. Right before the appointment...it disappeared! |
