Lymph node question... do you know anything about lymp nodes?

i'm reading about lymph nodes because i had a swollen lymph node a couple years ago i went to the doctor and he said it was fighting an infection, but theres still a little lump there.. not as big though anyways everyones talking about swollen lymph nodes in the neck, mines under the jaw next to the jaw bone... theres a lymph node there right?

Yes, there is a lymph node there. Sometimes they stay a little swollen even after a really bad infection. If it's not growing when you're healthy, it's probably harmless. If that's the case, it will swell when you're getting sick and go back down when you recover.

I found out from my ENT that my lymph nodes were swollen due to sinus congestion. They have since gone down and I've had no trouble but, lymph nodes are also effected by your sinuses.
