Lymph nodes hurt cant swallow, eat, drink, talk, open mouth very much please HELPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!1?

I think thats what it is, my lymph nodes that are swollen i will try to describe where it hurts, its under my chin area on the left side next to the bone that runs along the bottom of your face and then its back about halfway between my chin and ear. it shurts veeery badly when i swallow, try to chew and eat because im moving my touneg around which is pulling on whatever hurts fomthe inside and making it unbearble, cant drink, cant say certain words cause they hurt i sound like someone with a newly peirced tounge, and I cant open my mouth very wide to even look in without excruciating pain. I have no other symptoms and it hs come and gone for a couple weeks, hurting for a few days at a time then goes away, hurting worse at night cause im not swalowing or talking as much. it hurts when i push on it form undeneath and if i pu tmy finger in my outh and push on the spot i can feel it and it hurts. i cant really tell if anything is unnormal looking or swollen looking, pleasehelp any thing!!

also any help on what iu can do would be helpful, I have tried hot packs, cold packs, swallowing hot things, trying to exercise it and work it out, jello, ibuprophen for swelling, chloroseptic spray doesnt help caus eit cant get to it like it can a regular sore throat, but i tried it anyway, didnt work

strep throat doesn't always start off with soreness in your throat, I have been diagnosed with tonsillitis now. My lymph nodes, chin and neck is swollen, and my tonsils are huge-- and my throat isn't raw---it's uncomfortable.--not a raw soreness...

if your lymphnodes are swollen like that it could be a very serious infection in the general area that you are feeling. You need to go to the doctor immediately. If the Dr.'s not accessible to you go to the ER..Good Luck

Sounds like streppy throat to me. Get some antibiotics from a doctor.

Go to the doctor.

Try a warm beverage and get checked out by a doctor
