Lymph nodes removed totally under one arm and 5 under another?

which arm should blood pressure be taken? The one w/no lymph nodes was done 13 yrs ago and had the 5 removed 3 months ago. Two breast cancers!

its not advised to use either. they have wrist ones now. that is what they use on me
