Swollen Lymph Nodes on Right Underarm and Elbow?

I have a cyst on my right leg (in the past was visually diagnosed as benign). About a week ago it started throbbing all the way down through my foot and was really painful for about 2 days. My leg stopped bothering me but since then the Lymph nodes on my right underarm and Primarily my elbow have started throbbing, and I haven't felt quite right the past few days. I have been slightly dizzy and just feel generally ill, and my eyes are sort of stinging.

Are these lymph nodes are now hurting as a result of whatever was inflamed on my leg. Do I have a virus or something? They have been slowly hurting more and more for about 3-4 days now.

See a doctor. Swollen Lymph nodes are a sign of infection-collection.

It sounds like your PH level is too acidic and you need to clean your self out. A highly acidic body is a choice environment for any number of viruses & diseases. However, NO viruses or pathogens can exist in an Alkaline environment.

Buy "Miracle II" Neutralizer 22oz and add 2oz to a glass of orange juice, taken twice a day until the whole bottle is gone...along with 8 glasses of water a day. This should start detoxifying your body, bringing the infection out through the urine.

Honestly, buy the soap too and replace what you already use at least until you're feeling better. Read the source...

I would get to the doctor for a check up. You could have a blockage from the right leg cyst that has caused clotting problems or lymph back up or even infection, that needs to be checked out. The fact you feel yucky and have pain for 3-4 days sounds like possible infection, maybe cellulitis and that can be very serious if it becomes septic (blood infection).
