Lyme disease doctors?

My mom has been diagnosed with Lyme Disease for the past 11 years. We currently live in Pennsylvania and she goes to a doctor in Hermitage. She wants to relocate south, but she is having trouble finding a doctor.

If anyone has any information on Lyme Disease doctors please let me know.

i live on the coast of nc i was just diagnosed with lyme disease. i know they have an infectious disease dr. i greenville and duke host in raliegh. i go to an arthpedic dr. in morehead city.
